GENERAL 

What are your opening hours? 

We are open Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am - 6pm. We are not open on bank holidays.

You can buy purchase Intraline's Dermal Fillers and PDO Threads directly from our website. All you need to do is register for an account and one of the team will review it as soon as possible. Please note, purchases can only be made by medical professionals. Please use the link below to register for an account:

DELIVERY

What shipping options do you offer? 

We offer two shipping options: 


DPD Standard Next working day

DPD 10:30 Next working day


In order to qualify for next working day delivery all orders must be placed before 5pm between Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, with the aim to be delivered the following Tuesday. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all parts of the UK including Northern Ireland. 

If you would like to place an order to Ireland, please email us directly at order@intraline.com

All order's placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. All order's placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the following day.


DPD Standard Next day - If you chose this option at checkout, your order will normally be delivered the next working day. 

DPD 10:30 Next day - If you chose this option at check out, your order will normally be delivered before 10:30am the next working day. 


Please note, Intraline will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

Once the item has been dispatched, the tracking information will be sent by our courier DPD to the email address registered on your account. You will also receive your one hour time slot via email and text the day of delivery. If you have not received any information from DPD, please contact us. 

Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot make amends to the order. If you notice there is a something wrong with the delivery details, please contact us straight away so we can try and rectify this for you. 

If your order shows that it has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can investigate this further.
